Leadership Book Club

The Leadership Book Club is an exciting initiative designed to promote a culture of continuous learning, personal development, and leadership growth within our university community. This program invites faculty, staff, and administrators to engage in regular reading and discussions centered around leadership-focused books. By participating, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, broaden your perspectives, and contribute more effectively to the university's mission.

Who Should Join?

The Leadership Book Club is open to all faculty, staff, and administrators at the university. Whether you’re currently in a leadership position or aspiring to one, this club is the perfect space for those dedicated to developing their leadership potential.

Structure & Format

Platform

Meetings will be held on Microsoft Teams, to allow accessibility and flexibility for all participants.

Frequency

We’ll meet monthly, with each session lasting 60-90 minutes.

Book Selection

Books will be chosen quarterly, with input from participants to make sure there is relevance and engagement.

Discussion

Sessions will be facilitated by a designated facilitator or rotating volunteer, focusing on key themes, personal reflections, and actionable insights.
