Room Change Request

Fall 2024 Room Changes

The room change request form for the Fall 2024 semester will be open on the Housing Portal from Monday, September 9 through Sunday, November 3.

Availability for a room change is extremely limited. You may request a room change in the Housing Portal using the Room Change Request Form, but a room change is not guaranteed. Our team will email out room change approvals by Wednesday of each week based on availability. If you are approved for a room change, you must move rooms between Thursday and Sunday of the same week that you are notified.

If there are no available rooms that match the room preference you indicated on the room change request form, we will hold your request for an additional week. If your preferred room is still not available after the additional week, we will close out your room change request form. You are welcome to submit another request if you still desire a room change.

Our assignments team is working hard to process requests quickly, but please be patient and allow time for us to get back to you.
