OASIS and Your Aid
Check For Unsatisfied Requirements In OASIS
Check OASIS to se if you have unsatisfied requirements which may delay your aid:
- Login to
- Select âFinancial Aidâ
- Select âMy Requirements, Bookstore Authorizations and Defermentsâ
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- View your unsatisfied requirements, follow the instructions and submit them immediately
How Do I Upload My Documents?
- Login to
- Select âFinancial Aidâ
- Select âMy Requirements, Bookstore Authorizations and Defermentsâ
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu and submit
- Click on the âUpload Competed Documents Hereâ under the respective requirements
- Read the instructions under the âBefore you upload be sure...â section
- Follow steps 1 through 3 to submit your document
Financial Aid Tuition Deferment
Unless you have a Financial Aid Tuition Deferment, tuition must be paid in full by the end of Drop/Add each semester. If you do not see a Financial Aid Tuition Deferment for the applicable semester on OASIS your classes will be dropped by Student Accounting Services (SAS).
Check OASIS to see if you have a Financial Aid Tuition Deferment:

- Select âFinancial Aidâ
- Select âMy Requirements, Bookstore Authorizations, and Defermentsâ
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- View your tuition deferment status
How Much Is My Financial Aid?
- Login to
- Select â Financial Aidâ
- Select âMy Award and Loan informationâ
- Select âAid Yearâ and submit
- Select âAward Overviewâ
- Select âAward Payment scheduleâ To view the actual amounts you will receive
Loans must be accepted and all requirements met. The amount of grants and scholarships awarded are based on full time attendance and will be adjusted down if you do not attend full time.
Bookstore Advance Purchase Program (BAPP)
Students who are eligible for a BAPP may purchase books and supplies from a USF Bookstore approximately 4 weeks before classes begin.
The amount you charge at the bookstore will be deducted from your financial aid and shown as a charge against your student account after drop/add.
In order to be eligible for a BAPP you must:
- Be degree seeking;
- Be enrolled at least half-time in USF hours; and,
- Have authorized financial aid disbursements that exceed your student account charges by at least $100.

- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- View your BAPP status
How Much Is My BAPP?
- Login to
- Select âFinancial Aidâ
- Select âMy Award and Loan informationâ
- Select âAid Yearâ and submit
- Review the âGeneral Informationâ tab, it will indicate how much you may spend at the Bookstore
How Much Do I Owe?
- Go to
- Select âStudentâ
- Select âTuition & Feesâ
- Select âView Account Summary and Pay My Billâ

E-DEPOSIT
Any financial aid funds left after your charges are fully paid will be directly deposited into your personal bank account. Avoid the risk of having your check lost, stolen or mailed to the wrong address.
