Professor receives dedicated service award from Association on Higher Education and Disability
College of Education Professor Lyman Dukes III, PhD, was awarded the Ronald E. Blosser Dedicated Service Award by the Association on Higher Education and Disability, an international professional organization for individuals committed to equity for persons with disabilities in higher education.

College of Education Associate Professor Patriann Smith, PhD, was a recipient of USF’s Outstanding Research Achievement Award. Presented by USF Research and Innovation, this year’s awards recognized 22 faculty members for their achievements in research productivity.

USF Alumna Sarah Ann Painter, Elementary Education `02, was named the Florida 2022 Teacher of the Year by the Florida Department of Education. Painter is a fifth-grade teacher at Eisenhower Elementary School in Pinellas County, Fla.
