Richard Lee Elligson, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Criminology at the University of South Florida. Dr. Elligson received his B.A. (2013) and M.S. (2014) in Criminal Justice from the University of West Florida, and his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida (2024). His research interests focus on the influence of organizational structure, behavior, and culture on the job attitudes and performance of criminal justice employees, with an emphasis on policing and wildlife law enforcement contexts.
