Research Interests: 

Bidirectional relationship between sleep health and cognitive impairment, modifiable risk factors for cognitive decline, sleep disorders, adherence to healthy behaviors and motivation, and behavioral interventions.

Education: 

2022 – present. Ph.D. in Aging Studies at the University of South Florida. 
2020 – 2021. Graduate Certificate in Gerontology at the University of South Florida. 
2018 – 2019. Master of Arts in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. 
2000 –2007. Master of Arts in Psychology at California State University, Los Angeles (degree incomplete, 80 credit units earned). 
1998 – 2000. Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles.
